We are a dedicated group of local volunteers
who's mission is to provide a shelter and to find homes for the stray, abandoned and owner surrendered pets in our community, lead the way in promotion of responsible pet ownership and to educate our community on the benefits having their pets spayed/neutered.

Our regular meetings are held on the last Thursday of every month at 5:00 p.m. at the Animal Shelter located at 21426 US Highway 82 East Union Springs, AL 36089
(behind the water tower).
Annual dues for membership is only $20.00 per family.

We are also looking for volunteers to help us with administration duties such as intake forms, adoption inquiries and other required paperwork.
Please help us by offering to come out and work for a couple of hours a day, once or twice a week.

If you prefer to be outside, we have a great walking trail adjacent to the Shelter so please come out and take some of our dogs for a walk.
They love it and will love you for doing so.
